Unionville Victorian

On Unionville's historic Main Street, this Victorian had charm to spare and function to find. We restored the original trim profiles and stained glass, then quietly modernized everything behind them — a new kitchen in deep aubergine with unlacquered brass, radiant floors under reclaimed pine, and lighting that makes the original plasterwork glow after dark.
