Once you approve the concept, we source and order everything — furniture, lighting, rugs, window treatments, art, accessories — through our trade network, often below retail.
One install day. We receive, assemble, place, and style everything. You leave in the morning and come home to a finished condo that evening. Genuinely turn-key.

The fee covers all design services — concept, selection, coordination, and styling. Furniture is purchased separately at your budget, and we pass our trade discounts directly to you, which often offsets a meaningful portion of the design fee.

Absolutely. During the consultation we identify keeper pieces and design around them. Many clients keep 30–50% of what they own.
Yes — we can design entirely from your builder's floor plan so everything is ordered and ready to install the week you get your keys.
Yes — because we design around in-stock and quick-ship items from our trade network. If you fall in love with a custom piece on a 12-week lead time, we'll tell you honestly and plan around it.
